Accessibility Statement (ADA)
Effective August 7, 2026. Contact: contact.dallasreeldeal@gmail.com. Postal: HailShopWare — mailing address on file; email support for current postal address.
HailShopWare is committed to helping people with disabilities use our public website and shop tools. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable for a SaaS product of this type, consistent with obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws for public-facing web content.
What we do
- Provide a “Skip to content” link on key pages
- Use semantic headings and labels on forms where implemented
- Support keyboard focus for primary interactive controls
- Maintain readable contrast on core marketing and legal pages
- Continue improving portal, e-sign, and dashboard accessibility over time
Known limitations
Some complex dashboard views (kanban boards, signature pads, PDF workflows) may present additional challenges for assistive technologies. We prioritize fixes as we learn about barriers.
Shop-controlled content
Shops may upload logos, theme colors, and custom form text. Shops are responsible for the accessibility of content they control (for example, low-contrast portal themes or images without alternatives).
Feedback & accommodation requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email contact.dallasreeldeal@gmail.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, the page URL, and a description of the issue. We will work with you on a reasonable accommodation or alternative access path.
Third-party components
Payment checkout may be provided by Stripe’s hosted interfaces, which have their own accessibility practices. Browser and OS assistive technologies vary.
